Great date night or girls night opportunity. This this will be fun, hands-on class, you'll learn to make piping hot gourmet pizza right on your own grill. I will walk you through the steps of making dough from scratch and show you how to master the art of dough tossing, shaping and then EATING our pizza creations and then finished off with dessert around the fire.

Master the art of choux pastry! In this 3-hour class, you will learn to make Pâte à Choux and crème pâtissière , the most fundamental recipes and techniques used for French Pâtissièr making.
You will leave the class having created your own éclairs, choux à la crèmes, and swans along with the recipes from class to recreate at home.
Tarts & Custards Mastering Class Saturday, August 11th 10:00-1:00 $110 per guest - PayPal link includes their 3% fee In this in depth 3-hour class, you will create your very own fresh fruit & blood orange meringue tarts from start to finish! You will learn how to make pâte sucrée, pastry cream, lemon curd and meringue, how to line a tart, and to blind bake a tart shell.
You will leave the class having learnt how to assemble a restaurant quality tart along with the recipes from class to recreate at home.
