unreal!!! not sour cream

Okay people. This is nasty. Please, PLEASE read the labels of the food you are buying to feed yourself and families. This product is really UNREAL!!!! just like the label says.

First ingredient is water followed by partially hydrogenated soybean oil and then a list of other delicious, healthy ingredients. NOT. Where is the cream in this sour cream?

I know this is just one product of millions that are being sold to us consumers. It is so wrong. Same with low fat products. That low fat product is filled with something else to replace the fat.

Be choosy with what you feed your body- Your body is an amazing machine that needs the best fuel you can give it, not to mention it's the only body you will be given.
