chopped, flour pot kitchen style

This was by far one of the most fun classes for me. It was our first "chopped class", Flour Pot Kitchen style and this is definitely going to be an ongoing offering with different themes for the kids AND adults!

We started with a little instruction, I told them a little about what was on their mystery ingredient trays which they had to use in their recipes. Wait, they didn't have recipes to work from, I provided them with a little inspiration and they did the rest.

We had adults standing by to help when needed. The island was filled with anything they needed to complete their meal.

I had my computer open for them to look up things, but only if needed. Not one time did the kids go to the computer. It was so fun to watch the teamwork between the kids, (meeting each other for the first time). They worked amazing together brainstorming the different ideas, tasting new vegetables and using them in unique ways.

If you are looking for a way to gather your friends, staff, family this is great way to spend the evening team building.
