My sister told me to had this pie to the menu for classes. I thought it sounded quite strange and to be honest, not very good. After googling the name and history of the pie I was intrigued.
Still a skeptic, I found a recipe. I tweaked the recipe. I made the recipe. Twice in two days.
Addicted? Yes. So good, I ate many slices.
It's now on the menu for cooking classes.
